FOQUS is a project funded exclusively through private funds and resources. FOQUS is a model of collaboration, based on the constant of cooperation of public and private companies; a model that promotes networking and deep involvement of all subjects participating in the project- despite of their different missions- in order to improve the interaction through competitiveness and specialization.

FOQUS primary objective is to strengthen the socio-economic context of this part of the city creating new companies, and employment.

FOQUS intends to achieve this both directly and indirectly through business incubators, apprenticeship, training programs, as well as public and private initiatives.
